Log in to the routers www panel and check in there. It should be something like 21.315.01.00.43

On this firmware you can do unlocking by running factory mode: AT^SFM=1 and then reboot.
To enter AT commands you need dc-unlocker program.
Then run calc v4 http://www.mediafire.com/file/yg48xr3ukq...pdated.zip
or just use command AT^NVWREX=8268,0,12,1,0,0,0,2,0,0,0,A,0,0,0
The modem will be now unlocked.
Now just enter command AT^SFM=0 and reboot again - modem will run in normal mode.
